At Corsatronic , your satisfaction matters to us. Every product we sell undergoes a rigorous review, but if you encounter a problem, we're here to resolve it transparently and quickly.


✅ Cases in which we accept returns

We accept return requests only if:

  • There is a manufacturing defect or obvious fault in the product.

  • The problem was reported within 5 days of receiving the order.

  • The product is in its original condition , unused, and includes all components and accessories .

  • The purchase invoice or proof of payment must be attached to the application.


❌ Cases in which we do not accept returns

  • If the defect or malfunction is due to misuse or incorrect installation .

  • If the product has been opened or used improperly .

  • Change your mind after purchasing or are dissatisfied with the sound or look after use.

  • Requests reported after the 5-day period has expired.


🛠️ Return steps

  1. Contact us through the official channels (WhatsApp or email).

  2. We will ask you for photos or a video that shows the problem.

  3. The case is being checked by our technical team.

  4. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will accept a return.

  5. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method within 14 working days of confirming the case.

    10% of the order value will be deducted if the order is cancelled after the manufacturing fee has been paid or if it is cancelled after it has been shipped.
